Terms of Service
AGREEMENT
Your use of SearchRankings.net constitutes your agreement
to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth
below. In addition, our service shall only be used in
accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions
without notice.
SERVICES
SearchRankings.net will make every effort to achieve
the search engine rankings agreed to in your price quote.
This fee will be recurring and paid via PayPal or credit
card.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
All services are billed out on a monthly basis from
the date of the execution of the agreement. Monthly
statements are available upon request. All monthly payments
must be processed on or before the due date in order
for an account to be eligible for any discounts or refunds.
All accounts must be in good standing in order to be
eligible for discounts. SearchRankings.Net offers online
payment options, including recurring payment options
on the web site. If sending payment by mail, make sure
you allow enough time for the payment to be received
and processed prior to its due date.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Either party can terminate this Agreement for any reason
if a thirty (30) day notice is provided in writing.
Client account must be in good standing and the final
30 day billing paid in full prior to final termination.
SearchRankings.net reserves the right to terminate service
for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
DISCLAIMER
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS
FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY
COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S
FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY
RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION
SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OUR
LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE
SERVICES.
