Agreement
Your use of SearchRankings.net constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

Service
SearchRankings.net will make every effort to acheive the search engine rankings agreed to in your price quote. Once these the agreed ranking appear within the search engines specified, you agree to pay SearchRankings.net the monthly fee quoted. This fee will be recurring and paid via PayPal or credit card. If we are not able to get the rankings for which we agree, there is no cost to you and your deposit will be refunded.

Disclaimer
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICES.

Termination of Service
SearchRankings.net reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
